How much is shipping and when is it free?
Standard shipping is a flat $9.95 Australia-wide, free on orders over $60. Express shipping is available for $17.50.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days, and express 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it door to door.

Is RAD Muesli gluten-free?
Do you make a Gluten Free Muesli?
No — not yet. We’ve been experimenting with gluten-free recipes for years, but none have hit the crunch, flavour, and quality bar the RAD name is built on. When one does, you’ll be the first to know.
What's actually in it?
How should I store it and how long does it last?
Store in a cool, dry pantry in an airtight container (or the resealable bag it comes in), or in the fridge, and it’ll stay fresh for months. Once opened, best enjoyed within 8–10 weeks for peak crunch.
